Fossil Orthoceras tower.

Orthoceras fossils are an of extinct genus of nautiloid cephalopod. Orthoceras animals comprised of a solid shell, in which the soft body of the animal inhabited. These fossils are over 380 million years old and have been found in the Tindouf Basin in Morrocco. 

This genuine piece is a stunning cluster tower of the Orthoceras fossil. The Orthoceras have been polished to reveal their natural occurring beauty and sit on top of a natural stone (as found). In some cases minor repairs have been undertaken on these fossils, where this has occurred, the minor infections are shown in the photographs. 

The piece is approximately 22cm high, and 10cm thick. It weighs approximately 1.44kg. This piece has a flat bottom so it will sit nicely on a table or desk. 

Each stone and crystal are natural and unique in size, shape and colour. They may come with small imperfections as part of their natural beauty. With this order, you receive the exact product that is shown in the photographs. The colour may vary slightly due to lighting and the settings on individual computers. The photographs have been taken from all angles to show this piece's natural beauty from all sides.
