Shipping

We offer standard postage within Australia at no charge. All postage will be insured through the delivery provider. Express shipping and shipping outside of Australia charges will be calculated at the checkout. 

We aim to post your purchase within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order.

We will take extra care when packing your purchase. In the unlikely event that it is damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. You will then be required to make contact with Australia Post and make a claim through them. We recommend you keep the original packing and take photographs where appropriate. All orders will be insured through the delivery provider and we will not be held responsible for damage during transit as a result of a third parties negligence.
