Refund policy

Exchanges 
Due to the delicate and unique nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds if you change your mind.

Each stone and crystal are natural and unique in size, shape and colour. As part of their natural beauty, these items may come with small imperfections (such as dents, scars, scratches or surface cracks). We have taken numerous photographs of each of our products to ensure they are as accurate as possible. The photographs are taken under lighting, with no lighting and outside. The colours may vary slightly due to lighting and the settings on individual computers. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we will be happy to discuss your concerns and offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned and received by us unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. This must be done within 2 weeks of your original purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged in the return post to us due to inadequate wrapping/packaging by you, we will not be responsible for the costs of such returns. 

To return your product, you should contact us directly to discuss before posting it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the cost of posting a new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
