Exchanges
Due to the delicate and unique nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds if you change your mind.
Each stone and crystal are natural and unique in size, shape and colour. As part of their natural beauty, these items may come with small imperfections (such as dents, scars, scratches or surface cracks). We have taken numerous photographs of each of our products to ensure they are as accurate as possible. The photographs are taken under lighting, with no lighting and outside. The colours may vary slightly due to lighting and the settings on individual computers. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we will be happy to discuss your concerns and offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned and received by us unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. This must be done within 2 weeks of your original purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged in the return post to us due to inadequate wrapping/packaging by you, we will not be responsible for the costs of such returns.
To return your product, you should contact us directly to discuss before posting it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the cost of posting a new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
General
We will take extra care when packing your purchase. In the unlikely event that it is damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. You will then be required to make contact with Australia Post and make a claim through them. We recommend you keep the original packing and take photographs where appropriate. All orders will be insured through the delivery provider and we will not be held responsible for damage during transit as a result of a third parties negligence.
Please note all of our products are natural and may have sharp edges. As our products are natural, we recommend handling with care as they made scratch, or damage easily. Hand wash only with a damp cloth with no harsh chemicals.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
We offer a variety of different payment methods. Ranging from Afterpay, Zip, Paypal, Apple pay, Google Pay and Credit Card.
Postage and shipping
We offer free standard postage within Australia at no charge. All postage will be insured through the delivery provider. Express shipping and shipping outside of Australia charges will be calculated at the checkout.
We aim to post your purchase within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order.
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
